Owner and pizza lover Vincent Milano opened Vinnie's Pizza in the spring of 2000, with a vision of creating Anytown's best pizza. Vincent grew up making pizza with his grandfather, Arturo, who was a legendary pizza chef in Milano, Italy. Soon after graduating high school, Vincent began making pizzas at The Corner Pizza Place, in Northern Anytown. Once word of his tasty signature pizzas got out, offers from many well known pizza restaurants landed on Vincent's plate. Although he had an affinity for The Corner Pizza Place, Vincent knew that greater challenges and opportunities awaited him in the heart of Anytown.

In 1998, Chef Cordova began a career as head chef for the Anytown Resort in Anytown, AA. He was given room to experiment, and created quite an eclectic collection of Italian dishes. However, he never lost sight of his passion for his wonderful pizza. He knew that in order to create the pizza he wanted to share with the world, using only the freshest ingredients available, he would have to establish his own restaurant.

Chef Cordova opened the doors of Vinnie's Pizza in the spring of 2000. Before he created his first pizza, he vowed to only use the finest ingredients, and prepare each pizza with an infusion of passion and creativity. Critics have been raving ever since.
